REFUND POLICY

Divine Warriors follows a strict no-refund policy. Completed orders are not eligible for cash, Bank or payment-gateway refunds for change of mind, taste, fragrance, colour, texture, sensitivity, personal preference, incorrect selection or dissatisfaction with individual results.
For verified transit damage reported within 48 hours with the compulsory continuous unboxing video and all required evidence, the approved remedy is replacement of the same product—not a refund & it,l be normally replaced within 14 days after receiving damaged product inc shipping policies if applied
as per location & issue.
Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Duplicate payments, failed transactions, orders cancelled by Divine Warriors and refunds expressly required by applicable law will be reversed to the original payment method in upto 14 days, Payment-gateway and banking processing times may apply.
